Being a Rubba-Bubba baby massage instructor is great! You are part of a growing brand with support from the founder and fellow instructors alike.
There is the freedom of deciding what hours you want to work, as well as tailoring your classes to your style and comfort.
A big part is the rewarding feeling you get when you hear how you have helped a baby with things like constipation or teething. And seeing friendships develop between mums is especially rewarding!
What makes a sensational Rubba-Bubba franchisee?
You don’t need to have any professional qualifications in massage or healthcare to join us as we’ll give you all the training you need (though if you do have them, that’s an added bonus!).
What’s more important is that you’re passionate about baby & child development, can empathise with new parents, and get on with people from all walks of life.
You’ll also need to be happy to talk & sing in front of a small class, love a challenge, and have the motivation to make a real success of your business.
It’s essential that you want to put your family first, want to work around your commitments, never want to miss another sports day or Christmas concert. Most of us work part time and term time only and you definitely can too. We rock this working mama thing!
