Hi, I’m  Rhi, mother of three, wife, daughter, friend.

I am an NMC registered adult nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience and retrained as a Health Visitor in 2017, qualifying in 2020.

I love working with children and their caregivers and being a Mum myself understand firsthand the long-term benefits to both Mum and baby of attending baby massage and yoga classes. After an extended maternity leave with baby number three, I am excited to offer Rubba-Bubba baby massage, yoga and sensory play to the Pembrokeshire area. 

Forget the daily life tasks, and join me for some 1:1 time with your bubba’s in a relaxed venue. Meet other parents in the area to share this special Mama journey with and finish with a cuppa in peace!
