I’m a Mum of three busy children, I attended baby massage classes myself and felt the benefits. My relaxed and friendly classes are completely baby led so feel free to tend to baby as required. Each week I’ll have a new topic for my stage 2 babies and a new body part for stage 1. Come along and see what you think!
My classes are in Neath Port Talbot, Swansea and Llanelli.

- Baby massage & Baby Yoga instructor
- Baby massage and baby yoga instructor for babies with additional needs
- Story massage instructor
- Foundation Level Breastfeeding Support
- Level 1 Trained in Makaton Sign
- Level 2 food hygiene
- COVID 19 Awareness course
- DBS Police Check
- Fully insured.

Me and Carter love attending your classes, it’s such a lovely atmosphere where we both feel relaxed. Carter loves the massage and playing with the different themed toys each week. I also love the cuppa and biscuit at the end and having the time to chat to other mams is lovely. Sara is so friendly and has so much experience with what she does!

I have been bringing my daughter to Rubba Bubba for a few months now and we both absolutely love it. I was a bit nervous at the start with my baby being 3 months premature, but after a little chat with Sara she reassured me.
Now it’s the highlight of our week love having a cuppa and a chat afterwards too. Definitely recommend to everyone x
